I have started channeling by Automatic Writing, and I wanted to connect with others here who have knowledge about it and experience with it.
I have been able to do it, but I am sure there are rules of which I need to be aware.
The only thing I know for certain is that you cannot believe everything that is written.
When I do it, I surround myself with the white light, but is it still dangerous? Is there a certain etiquette that needs to be followed? Is there anything else one should know? What have been your experiences?
