strangest sleep expeirence

i was asleep i think, but my eyes were open and i could see my room around me but i seemed to be pinned to my bed. all I could hear is a wave type zoise. my eyes seemed to be shaking, and i was screaming. i woke up but no one heard my scream. I remeber every second of it.

I think i'll never sleep again if it happens again, any suggestions?

its a theory called being in a dream that is alrdy in a dream you keep waking up and the electrical things in your body causes this........oh yea you were probly in deep hypnosis at the time that only your mind would be awake but your body wasnt so thats why maybe

i had a similar experience..kinda....i had a bad dream, woke up, ran to my moms room, shook her to wake up, and she turned over as JASON (hockey mask? yes?) and tried to kill me.

i woke up scremaing, ran to her room, shook her to wake up, she turned over as JASON! i scream, woke up......

this happened about 7 times....

the last time i didnt go into her room, but instead i found the mask on my bedroom floor. i was actually awake. i never bought a jason mask.

WEIERD?!?!?!?!??!?!

kinda sounds like an OBE. during an OBE no one could hear you, being pinned down is a sign of an OBE and that sound is heard during OBEs. I woke up once and I couldn't move and I was floating upwards, I was scared, didn't know what to do, then I realized what was happening, so I used my mind to lower myself back down. No idea what happened after that.

You still got that mask? That is pretty funny never heard of anything like that.

that was probebly sleep paralysis. I experiancd it only once in my life. I woke up,and coulnt move. I screamed,and couldnt hear a sound,I was pinned and wasent be able to move at all!! it lasted about maybe 12 seconds. (in my head anyways.) Than I dont remember what happened after that except that I guess I fell back asleep,and woke up remembering all. This is how I know it wasent a dream,you dont remember dream.

Something else thats wierd...

when I was pinned to my bed,i was able to move my eyes around. they landed on my digital clock on my wall. It displays both the hour,minute,and seconds in huge numbers.I remember the exact number. 2:12:47. But the thing is,in those 12 seconds(dont know the exact time,thats how long it seemes to last in my head),the time allmost dint change at all. toward the end of my "experiance",the clock was on 2:12:48. It moved only one second.

You know how dreams allways dont last long,and how time just goes by quick in dreams?? well,what happened here?? I remember thinking "whats going on?" That had to be more than 1 second...

Doesn't sound like an oobe to me and I have had a few.

sounds more like sleep paralysis or a night terror.
