Please give me a means to contact you and discuss the redemption process. There has been a supporter of the church that wants to make a large donation thinking in this process.
Thanks,
Redeemed but cautious.

I'm working my way through learning about all this and wish to be a sovereign 'secure party'.
And not screw up and go to jail... I'd like to avoid court altogether.

Anyone have helpful links or a resource on how to do this correctly?
Anyone done this?

Thank you in advance.

Possibly the greatest post I've ever read.

You don't mess with the IRS unless you are ready to go through some pain.

Wesley Snipes might be the only celebrity with a pair of balls.

The REAL reason why Wesley Snipes got 3 years: He harmed "government", not people. In "our" government's warped sense of justice, if Wesley murdered another human being, then he would have been out in 2 years. Instead, he harmed "government" which is a "crime" far worse than murder.
I do applaud Wesley, though. Harming "government" is the ONLY TRUE way of bringing back TRUE justice to ALL.

Can you provide one example of someone that has followed this advise and won?
No one follows this advice and wins.

Ive even discussed it with my law professor (caused me extra home work by the way). If you want to see the results heres the first case tried included other relevant cases as well

In August 2005, the Justice Department announced that Royal Lamarr
Hardy was sentenced to a 156-month prison term for, among other things,
selling a tax evasion scheme called the “Reliance Defense” that incorrectly
asserted the income tax laws were voluntary (i.e., the laws imposed no
legal obligation to pay tax or file a return). Hardy was also ordered to pay
costs of prosecution in the amount of $59,267.88, and restitution to the
IRS for $197,555. See 2005 TNT 169-12 (Aug. 31, 2005).

Helvering v. Mitchell, 303 U.S. 391, 399 (1938) – the U.S. Supreme Court
stated that “n assessing income taxes, the Government relies primarily
upon the disclosure by the taxpayer of the relevant facts . . . in his annual
return. To ensure full and honest disclosure, to discourage fraudulent
attempts to evade the tax, Congress imposes [either criminal or civil]
sanctions.”
United States v. Gerads, 999 F.2d 1255, 1256 (8th Cir. 1993), cert.
denied, 510 U.S. 1193 (1994) – the court held that “[a]ny assertion that the
payment of income taxes is voluntary is without merit.”
United States v. Tedder, 787 F.2d 540, 542 (10th Cir. 1986) – the court
upheld a conviction for willfully failing to file a return, stating that the
premise “that the tax system is somehow ‘voluntary’ . . . is incorrect.”
United States v. Richards, 723 F.2d 646, 648 (8th Cir. 1983) – the court
upheld conviction and fines imposed for willfully failing to file tax returns,
stating that the claim that filing a tax return is voluntary “was rejected in

Oh my. Not only is the individual who threatened to blow up an IRS building banned, but so is the one who told him it wasn't a good idea.

An event like that would only rally the masses; that is, rally the masses against you and whatever your cause. If you want to demolish a structure, tear one down built in the minds of the people to keep them scared and ignorant. Spread to them information and teach it to them when you are available: even a well fortified ignorance is indefensible against reason and patience.

However, I cannot help but wonder why more knowledgeable people did not come to the aid of Mr. Snipes. Some obscure victories are incomparable to one that would have gained such notoriety.

When I have the time, I will read more about the case. I remember reading that he failed to pay taxes, and decided to use this as a last moment defense, but that was a long time ago.

Maybe one of these celebrities can try next.
