Hi everyone. I'm kind of agnostic and so I prefer not to take sides with anyone. I believe there are some things in this world which doesn’t have
a rational explanation, by either science or religion. I believe we are continuously finding new discoveries and as we do, we learn and some of the
truths we may consider as facts may possibly be refuted.
Although I can be sure of one thing: the only ones who can prove the absolute veracity ( Ie: 100% and not just 99.9 %) of a “matter,” a claim or
(whichever you wish to call it) are the “witnesses” who have lived in those days---not those who are born centuries later, who have conferred
their knowledge to their followers and advocates, (which down our times has come to be known) as “church-fathers” who might be deriving their
source of “knowledge” on borrowed “facts” and early paper works that have been copied and re-copied, with also the possibility of being
altered to suit one’s own personal views and religious concepts.
Check out Jeremiah 8:8.
There are over more than a million thoughts, ideologies, perspectives, principles and paper works around us, more than a thousand and one manuscripts
written, more than a million songs composed, more than a thousand experiences experienced individually by each person, all diverse from the other.
What may be helpful for one may be poisonous to another.
So UNLESS it is a common knowledge embraced by all, all we have no matter how extensive our “researches” might’ve been are only mere
speculations.
However let me relate with you an incident that happened in our country.
In our hometown rumor has it that there was this poor young native who conceived without a father. The mother was plain looking and she seldom leaves
for a walk outside. No guys courted her well, possibly because she wasn’t that attractive. Yet despite the facts, she became pregnant and gave
birth to a very lovely baby, whose skin texture differs from hers. (Since she was dark).
Was it some sort of an “alien abduction”?
Or does it sound more like a fairy tale? Preposterous? Hardly believable, isn’t it? Everyone deserves the right to doubt.
Sorry for everything and for my bad English but I hope you have understood me well on that point.
Each of us is entitled to his own opinion, anyways so feel free to agree or disagree.
All the Best.
