Well all reputable evidence and sightings of the Aurora point to it as being a Delta-wing shaped aircraft, more commonly referred to as a "Black
Triangle".
Most evidence points to it resembling an airframe similiar to this:

for a detailed reconstruction:
It's exotic propulsion system is said to produce distinctive contrails (that look like
"Doughnuts on a rope") and a deep, pulsating roar,
which I'm assuming you didn't see or hear?
I think what you saw was certainly abnormal but it was not the Aurora, especially considering your location.
The Aurora sightings have mainly come from LA, LV and Nevada, aka. Area 51 territory.
Georgia doesn't house any AFBs at all and the nearest ones in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina are not testing regiments or particularly
shady or renowned AFB's, they're mainly used as stations for Marine regiments.
