I wanted to get some input from you guys on how successful and if there are any legal issues here, I know most of you aren't lawyers though.
I designed a computer network node that uses methods not currently utilized by any information processing company, at least not to my knowledge. The
main and most important thing that sets it aside from any other architecture is its incredible processing power and speed.
I have been thinking of possible applications for it including factoring cryptographic codes such as RSA for money. I don't mean RSA's factoring
challenge but say a commercial application. Say somebody needs a key factored, for whatever reason, and I provide them with the codes and they pay me
depending on the size.
Thats one idea but im not exactly sure on how morally right or legal that would be. So I would like some input on that and also if you guys have any
other ideas that such a system could be used for.
Thanks.
