A volcanic eruption in Colombia has prompted authorities to begin evacuations.The Nevado del Huila volcano erupted at 11:08 p.m. local time Monday,
according to the Colombian Institute of Geology and Minerals. The institute declared the eruption a “Red Level” — its most severe designation
for volcanoes.
