Ultimate Government consipiracy?

Just a thought but i think America (Bush) is planning a war. Not a small middle east war aginst arabs but a huge scale war against the majority of the world. You see I am from Australia and we have been told to develop a missle defence system as have a few other countries (the ones that allied in the "war on terror")
On top of that, the "joint" base in Central Australia (pine gap) will be launching new spy sats. Maybe it's just me but this sounds too concerning and odd that Australia seems to have become the 5x state of the US. I would be most interested in heaing other Aussies thoughts on this but i would like any one with an opinion to comment....am i being too paranoid?
