Cordyceps on white grub worm....
Cordyceps on ants...
On A Moth...
As far as I have found, this fungus does not attack humans or animals, just insects and it's purpose is clear, to prevent over population of one
species... This got me thinking... Is there a fungus that could potentially do this to mammals, humans more specifically...?
I mean this is pretty scary... Infects the brain and makes the creature do strange things... Most noticeable are the ants who get infected.. So I did
some searching and found some interesting information...
Is it dangerous to humans? Should we worry about this fungus and/or what our DNA specialists might do with it...? Could something of this nature be
programed to work on humans? Would a military power be interested in creating such a thing, if so, no, why?
Notice the link, www.kidzworld.com... seems weird information would be given to children or anyone for that matter... What is the purpose of a small
child even knowing about this sort of thing? If it's not a threat then why even tell them... I was never told about this fungus when I was growing
up.. Seems strange to me... MKUltra anyone? Super soldiers? Mind controlled people? Just throwing that out there... No proof, but never know how deep
the well goes... Could be some major conspiracy and could be something to be concerned about, or it might not be...
Deadly Fungi Take to the Trees.(Cordyceps genus kills tree carpenter ants in Costa
Rica)(Brief Article)
A short video which I'm sure many have seen already, but for those who haven't, this is what the fungus does to insects... All different kinds of
insects and species of insects, all specialized for each one to kill only that one... Very interesting indeed...
So what? Good? Bad? Potentially dangerous? Might arise if world becomes over populated with humans? What other critters can harm humans if we don't
have to worry about this fungus? I'd like to know...
