say a few persons with power, not the government in its entirety or the president, planned it? perhaps there is a plot to weaken or take down america and its being done internally...our greatest enemies may be in america , add to this the sudden increase in exportation of jobs. Its a thought...
notice too how we been getting bad presidents as of late(maybe these same peaople put Bush in power knowing he'd do a terrible job) and perhaps kerry will be worse than bush...if he wins. i smell conspiracy....:passes out:

I don't know. I could see several scenarios where this could develop, but to make it legit, it would indicate ties by "the people in power" and the people they would have to recruit to do something like this. And whatever they would have to offer to get them to do it would be incredible. If you offer a person money to do something, they usually want to stay alive to enjoy it, a fanatic wouldn't care.
That would also leave open the possibilty of someone going "hell no I won't blow" and turn in the HEAD leaders. I can see a group of clandistine people within the goverment deleting this memo here, re routing this report there,etc to keep the rest of the goverment in the dark But not a group "set apart" from the rest controling how things work, it would require to much "exterior needs" IE manpower logistics, money (ALOT) etc etc. The time frame for something like this would take years, and leaks would occur.
