I was wondering this as well.. Considering the position of the faces it's not as if there are 2 heads, only 2 faces, so I would think they would both do the same at the same time... This child could be an evolution and could become one of the greatest hunters of all time... Can see almost 360 degrees, has 4 eyes instead of 2, etc... It would be interesting to have a conversation with her as you mentioned... Just to see how everything functioned... How she adapts to it etc... Cool find !
