I don't really know where to put this, but i wanted to share a very strange experience with you guys.

When i was a child, about 5 or 6 i used to live in Klamath Falls Oregon, up on the mountain in a manufactured home park. About two blocks down was this girl a little younger than me named tiffany, we were good friends and always rode our three wheelers together,
But then i moved away and had lived in many places in oregon and washington until in highschool when i settled in Everett Washington.
I met this girl named Tiffany who lived two blocks up the road, She started talking about how she was originally from klamath falls.
Sure enough it was her!
She was from the same park and i recognized her mother.
Is this fate? We are good friends again.

It's definitely an odd coincidence, your odds would probably have been higher winning the lottery than that happening.

I wish I had some examples as good as yours, but here goes anyway:

I have four siblings and I come from a struggling family. December came by when I was 10 and my parents were on the verge of telling us that we would not be able to have Christmas that year. They never had to tell us that because two weeks before Christmas they won $1,000 on lottery.

Another odd coincidence that year is that I finally completed my collection of the 1996 X-Men cards by getting that ONE card I was missing in a pack on Christmas day.

It's not fate, it's coincidence. Fate is when you destroy yourself. Destiny is when you succeed. It's destiny.

to answer your question...maybe?
it depends on what happens next. do you consider just meeting and being friends with her again as the end point to it? or is it fate/destiny that she instigated this thread in retrospect, that without her, this thread would not exist. maybe she is your catalyst to enlightenment? maybe you'll never know what she brought back to your life that changed you. maybe she'll have no effect on you, and she's just a cool person to hang with.

the weird thing is that you decide how integrated you want her in your life...so you control a certain level of your own fate/destiny. the ultimate of which for you is unknown, but by just asking this question, you are already controlling and altering the effects of what it all means to you.

in turn, this thread could alter the course of fate/destiny for a plethora of people. knowledge has a way of doing that.
