Close encounter of the weird kind

I have never spoke about this because it was so weird. It started one Feburary night about 3 years ago on Feb 14th valentines day at 10-30 pm i checked my computer clock. I live across from a play park and i can see right to the other side about 1/4 to 1/2 mile there is a road that runs at the back of the park. I saw a light skimming the top of the trees next to the road i thought it was a reflection from headlights but it was moving at an incredible speed for the distance because the road is a dead end and you could not get up this kind of speed in the distance available approx 100-150 yards. Also the light looked like nothing i have ever seen. It was approx 5-6 feet across and had a strange iridescence to it not like any headlight halogen or not. It was traveling at 60-100 mph along the trees taking just a couple of seconds to cover the distance. impossible for a car because if you use velocity=distance over time you know this would put the acceleration as extreme to say the least from a dead stop. This was far from the end of it. There is a wood that blocks my view of the road as it takes a sharp left and follows a twisting road until you meet the main road. The light stopped at the edge of the wood on the grass not on the road and started flicking back and forth instantaneously it would face my direction for a couple of seconds then flick to the left for a couple of seconds . Funny thing was it did not seem to project any kind of beam on the ground or the wall that faces to the left. It was the strangest damn thing i have ever seen from a light. And it was just to big to be moving they way it was like i said at least 5 feet across. It was really starting to shake me up because it was so weird still makes uneasy thinking about let alone speaking about it. I still can,t think how this light could be moving so rapidly and change direction in the fashion it did. The next part was even stranger it started moving in my direction coming along the bottom of the park again my view was blocked by trees it then came into view again took a sharp left and passed not more that 30 yards from window pointing towards the ground yet casting no beam on the ground below it. it was travelling at approx 30-50 miles per hour on grass it made no sound so it was not a motorcycle or any vehicle of any type and it was to fast for someone running with a big torch. If it was someone running it would have bounced up and down it stayed stock still while moving. It then turned towards where it started from and made off in that direction until i lost sight of it behind the woods again. There is a big farmers field behind the play park about 2 minutes after the light disappeared 2 craft took off from the field both had 2 lights at the edge of the craft easily discernible. They seemed to jump off the ground as though shot by a catapult or something. The trees are not very tall about 20-30 feet high. Again no sound from anything it was no helicopters they didn,t have the lights of a helicopter that,s the only thing that could have taken off from that field. The craft were about 40-50feet in length going by the lights could have been bigger. They seemed to move in an erratic way unlike anything i have seen. It was low cloud that night so they went into the clouds and i have never seen them again. Like i said very weird

Sounds cool, wish I could have been there too see it I have no clue what it could have been, I have read reports of lights acting like that though.
