ive uploaded to my member area and copied the url exactly and my avatar aint working? its the right size and everything please someone help.

ahHH!! now its saying that it was too large for my avatar
but it was only a small pic is there any programs so i can have it as my avatar? it was only a picture of a garbage pail kids card?
