After thousands of fish died in a pond due to a lack of oxygen or a poison present in the lake, a strange fish was found nearby with large fangs.

Very strange. The video mentioned that it is possibly a decomposed Trout - i don't know about that. Hopefully they'll find out once they examine its bone structure. Always odd, bizarre creatures out there.

I saw this video. Whatever it was, it was certainly hideous. IMO it sort of looked like a mudskipper. With fangs. Yikes.

Likely (and sadly) it is one of the countless fish and wildlife illegally smuggled into the country for use as either pets or dinner.
