google UFO seen near wales

It may very well be a water inlet but how would it cause the circular ripples around it? Photoshop............?

It's a floating object, it causes the ripples around it by bobbing up and down in the water...

It looks like the top of a lighthouse in my opinion

Is there any lighthouses in that area?

Or it's just the top of a water outlet for a power station, like it says below it..

My question being, a water outlet for what? For power or is this raw sewage?

I know it's not a UFO lol. I was just curious about the ripples as it looks like it's slightly elevated above the water........
