Remote viewing is it possible?

What are your thoughts on remote viewing? We have heard some really good cases of people claiming to have been involved in a Government programme that dealt with this very thing. We had people claim that they recieved numbers and locations and that they where able to zoom into these places. We have heard people claim that they have been in contact with ET using this method. Is it at all possible that they could be speaking the truth?
