photoshop help

please can someone help me use photoshop. i just got it version 7.0 and i one to put my face on another picture whats the best way of doing it? cheers for your help.

if anyone has photoshop can u tell me how to do this.

right well ive put someones head on this picture but their head is covering some of the original picture. i do i bring the background picture to the foreground but just the pit that the persons head is covering? any help would be grand.

and i want that thumb over the hair

there must be a better way then copying the thumb from the original picture and placing that over the top like ive done here

its ok i went to the library and got out a book all about photoshop 7.0

how do i make someone look like an alien?
