A 16-YEAR-old boy has been charged with murder over the shooting death of a man in Sydney last month.
Police were called to a house in Yennora late on February 11 where they found 18-year-old Christopher Emmerson with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Mr Emmerson was staying at the house after leaving his parents' home three days earlier.
He was found fully clothed and wearing shoes, but police said it was not clear if he had been asleep when he was shot or if he had struggled with his killer.
