Archivist's Notes: This report is linked to the Desoto Mission. It is of communications between DRV Naval entities. Gives heading and location of specifically 2 DRV Naval torpedo boats T142 and T146

Short document showing some communication from one DRV (Democratic Republic of Vietnam) naval vessel to another informing them to "turn on their equipment." Seems they were tracking a US vessel on a "Desoto mission." Desoto was the covername for a US Navy signals intelligence program along the Asiatic coastline in 1962.
