govt can legally break into your house!

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) gives the Goverment the right to legally break into your house, collect evidence and then leave.

The government can get a secret warrant for your arrest, break into your house while you arent there and find evidence on you and you can't do a thing about it because its all legal. Furthermore the government has secret courts which the public can not sit in on.

With the recent passing of the Patriot Act, this gives the government even more power.

If you're wondering when this was started it was back during the Carter administration.
