Prophecies involving Birthmarks

A very common thread in movies and books always seem to be birthmarks (re: the thousands of plots that include some variance of "You have a birthmark? You are the CHOSEN ONE!!!")

I was wondering, and hope some people out there might be able to answer:

Are there any real prophecies involving birthmarks (as opposed to other items such as say: extra fingers, albinism, twins etc..)? Who made the prophecy?

Secondly: Do you have any input on interpretations of the prophecy?

Any culture, any situations etc..

Please note: I am meaning 'Prophecy' to include any method of prediction from: Divine, Alien, Claire- or chicken entrails. All is fair game.
