Firtly thats not a sound gun, its a microwave weapon. Using EM radiation to heat you up.

A sound gun is different because it causes your body to vibrate and messes with the delicate balance of your ears. Look up LRAD and "russian sonic bullet" for that.

Still pretty cool but simple tech.
