By The Associated Press
FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) - Florida prosecutors have decided not to pursue charges against an official in Governor Deval Patrick's administration who had been accused of sexual battery against a teenage boy in the steam room of a Florida resort.
Carl McGee was the assistant secretary for policy and planning. He was arrested December 28th at the Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande after the boy's father contacted police.
McGee, who goes by Stan, was placed on unpaid leave from his job in early January pending the outcome of the case.
