Russia announces spy arrests after BP raids: report

MOSCOW (AFP) - Russia's secret service has charged two Russian-Americans with industrial espionage, the service was quoted as saying Thursday, a day after raids on the offices of British oil major BP in Moscow.

This caught my eye. I am wondering if these two guys that were stealing the info were working for themselves or for someone else in a higher position. They did hold dual citizenship. Just an oil tidbit that made me wonder what may really be going on with these two.
