FACT: China has been eating dogs and pretty much anything else with legs (other than the chairs and tables) for around what - since the beginning of time!
OPINION: China as a country is going through a change that you in your very comfortable unit in your first world country cannot come even close to comprehending, your coffee table cultural studies guide doesn't even scratch the surface and the eating of fluffy little dogs is exactly that, the surface. It's a superficial issue that is a true waste of time.
