IRAQ Whats Really Going on

In the beginning Both parties as well as most of the world Agreed to go in.
Bad intell or not.
I remember a few years ago on 60 mins. a scientist from Iraq came out and stated that Iraq was working on Bioligical weapons.
Soon after the current campain I heard one afternoon that a river that ran along a lab had it's water tested and found out it was highly toxic. After that no other news was reported on the subject.
During the Iran-Iraq war we were friends with Iraq. We gave them money, weapons and probablly what ever they wanted.
I can't prove this but "I believe the reason " WE know that Iraq does or did have WMD's is that some years ago our goverement gave them " Our firends". the WMD's. not unlike how the Clintons gave goverement computers with secrets away.
Could we really let the world know [if it's true"that we could do such a thing" as to have let Iraq have WMD's.
