Drugs in our Drinking Water?

I just watched a story on out local news stating that there are Drugs in our drinking water.

Among other things listed were:

1) Steroids
2) Hormones
3) Mood Inhancers
4) Seditives (sp)


This shocks the hell out of me. When the local water processing plant was interviewed they stated a few reasons that they don't test for these drugs:

1) The tests are expensive.
2) Nothing could get through there treatment procedures.
3) It's just paranoia.


Now the news station did tests on the tap water and found Narcotics, seditaves, lithium (sp), and a few different types of steroids and other hormones. Now, I have been drinking steam distilled water for years now (the local tap water had, in my opinion, a horrable taste and smell) because the local water board lets the water get till it smells like raw sewage before they dump in what smells like 1 months worth of chlorine bleach in, all at once, (it burns your eyes, dries your skin and discolors (fades) your clothing) so this doesn't affect me so much, but I wory about my extended family (parents, siblings, nieces/nephew) What are they drinking? And why won't the water department test for these and do something about it if the tests come out positive???

If this is a conspiracy that has been hit on before then you have my apologies and MODS please pull this, but if not then I would like to know what all of you think? How would you feel if this was happening to you? Is this happening to you? Is the government trying to turn us into some sort of giant, brain dead, worker ants?

They go door to door asking for tap water samples here in AZ. Some lady stopped by my house over the weekend, I gave her my sample & was told they were just doing tests and will contact me if blah blah blah. I was going to go into my conspiracy questioning rant with the water sample lady but didn't see the point in wasting each other's time. Can they get viagra going in our tap water, that would be fun.

With what you're stating Warlon, i seriously wouldn't doubt it! I know for a fact they add many chemicals such as Fluoride and Chlorine to keep the water clean and the Fluoride alone is enough to eventually harm you. Most don't know it's used to make poisons.

Thing is I don't know everything they put in the water but with how our system is set up, it wouldn't surprise me or probably anybody else on ATS if they're doing experiments to see how the changes affect people and if it can help them with their end result (death, mind control, physical/mental changes, etc...).

Most know though that the best way to destroy something or effect it the greatest, is to hit it at it's core, what runs it. With water being our basis of life and us relying off of it to survive, who knows what could be next.....

I personally use a very good filter for my water so i don't have to worry about this....

Well, whatever drugs are in the water, there are unfortunately not enough of them or in large enough quantities for me to stop actually paying for those same drugs.

I hear that! If my brother knew that all of these drugs were in the water 1 of 2 things would happen:

1) He would go mad trying to figure a way out to dry the watter and smoke it!

2) Budweiser's profit margin would take a HUGE hit as my brother drowned from ingesting to much water!
