Feith is widely considered to be the biggest idiot and Neocon toady in Washington, and that is saying a lot. He was one of the deluded morons who thought that there'd be flowers and red carpets on the way to Baghdad.

His book is a desperate attempt at blame-shifting for a huge strategic fiasco.

He's one of those cases where you pause a moment to decide whether to pity him for his boundless stupidity or despise him for his clueless arrogance. I'll go with the latter.
