Spore's release date has been called Sep. 7 08. Well I recently heard of a demo called Creature Editor. I've been drooling over this game since I
heard of it. When they announced an demo. I started drawing ideas left and right.
Well the big question and the reason I started this thread was to keep track of new info on the release and requirements to recieve Spore's Creature
Editor.
If any one knows this information please post under this thread. I'm sure many would also like to know the good news.
No idea yet, I've been following this game for literally years and still have no idea what the reqs will be. My gut tells me they won't be very bad.
At least a 1.2 Ghz with a GForce 6 equivalent card minimum. I don't see this game being a DX10 only game(if it even has DX10 capabilities at all,
I'd be surprised if it did).
I've heard of the requirements are to be close to Sims 2. 1.6 Ghz 1/2gig ram
video FX series +
Either way I'm willing to buy a new video card for it. I don't know about a board and processor.
I've been playing old PC games to get me by. mostly Sam and Max and Monkey Island.
Anybody know of some other good ones similar to these let me know.
No new news on the release yet.
I did catch the video of a demo spore on Iphone. Due to the release of Iphone's SDK. It looks great on it. If it's going to be a full game I would
almost be willing to buy an Iphone just to play it. No probly not but it does look tight.
Anybody get any information on release date for the Demo please post here.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't spore initially due out in late 06'?
I'm begining to think it will be a cold day in hell before we finally get to play it
I recently recieved a fan site pack from Spore. Due to the size of it I was thinking it was going to be the demo. But it wasn't. I've tried out the
little flash demos out there and it makes me want the game even more.
Still waiting on a release date for the demo.
If anyone comes across this news let us all know.
If anyone from Wright's crew is reading this please let us have even a little tidbit on the demo.
Thanks Wright and crew it looks amazing and we all appreciate your hard work over the years.
