I found this picture posted on msnbc post, the user posted that it was a picture of a man from the orion system. ive uploaded it at imageshack, here it is.

Looks to me like the mute fellow from a season 1 or 2 episode of Star Trek the Next Generation. I will see if I can hunt down a picture of him.

I concur. I believe that is exactly who that man is. He needed a whole group of people to speak for him. One of my least favorite episodes to be perfectly honest.... but that is certainly who it appears to be.

Funny thing is, the OP had a picture of Picard in the Captains chair when he posted, but by the time I posted my first response his avatar was gone.

Methinks he knew damn well what that was a picture of.
