y do ppl make aliens out to be so bad but this topic is very intresting on how thay rekon its time to meet them? hahahahhaha very funny i hope it does happen but lol

"We really believe that in the next 20 years or so, we are going to learn a great deal more about life beyond Earth and very likely we will have detected life and perhaps even intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy, ''said the 76-year-old, who founded the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence project (SETI) in 1961.

And SETI senior astronomer Dr Seth Shostak, based in California, told the BBC: "There are 200 billion stars just in our galaxy and at least half of them probably have planets (orbiting them), so that's 100 billion planetary systems with, let's say, five planets in each system.

"That's 500 billion planets out there - and bear in mind there are 100 billion other galaxies.

"To think this (the Earth) is the only place where anything interesting is happening, you have got to be really audacious to take that point of view.''

Pure speculation.....

Sure we're making incredible advances in detecting other planetary systems, some are even relatively close to Earth in the grand scheme of things. But they're still very far away and the chance of life on any of these planets remains an unknown variable.

Some people will already say we have contact in the form of UFO sightings and personal stories of abduction and unprovable communication, but let's be realistic.

I want a solid signal that proves without a doubt that they are out there, or I want a ship to land in a place that the major media outlets can broadcast the entire event to the whole world. I want CNN to run 24/7 news of our first contact and every other media outlet on our planet pointing a camera at the aliens.


I'm not arrogant enough to think that ours is the only inhabited world in this vast universe, but I want undeniable proof before I jump on the band wagon.

i go with what u say man i rekon thay exist but thay are just like us just more advanced and the goverment made them out to be bad lol
