I'm sure someone has probably put 2 and 2 together before, but it just occurred to me with McCain not being a "natural born" US citizen (born in Panama), there is a good chance his nomination is a precursor to Arnold running for President in 8 or 12 years.

I think at some point before November, a resolution will be passed to strike "natural born" from the Constitution to allow McCain to officially hold the office of President. Then in 8 or 12 years (not 4, people would be too quick to put it all together) we'll see Arnold running.

Ultimately, this further promotes the goals of one-world-government because it's the first steps in conditioning people to accept foreigners as leaders over them.

Anyway, it's late - just wanted to post my thoughts before hitting the hay. Comments anyone?

Has your neurological contraption in your skull taken into effect the fact that a majority of our Founding Fathers were from England? I know I shouldn't even answer this but I just had to dissent with you. And as far as I know, the location of a person's birth doesn't affect how someone is going to lead - it merely puts him or her as a citizen of another location other than that of the good ole' U.S of A.

I could give a flying whistle if somebody is from Iraq; as long as that person serves this country well and follows the Constitution.

It's like some little children still believe in discrimination and distinctions in persons. Kind of like how people LOVE to say Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

McCain is a natural born US citizen by definition, Arnold is not.
Being born on a US military base by American parents qualifies him per the constitution.

Congress first recognized the citizenship of children born to U.S. parents overseas on March 26, 1790, under the first naturalization law:
"And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or outside the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens."

From the US State Department website at www.state.gov...

7 FAM 1116.1-4 Not Included in the Meaning of "In the United States"

(TL:CON-64; 11-30-95)

a. A U.S.-registered or documented ship on the high seas or in the exclusive economic zone is not considered to be part of the United States. A child born on such a vessel does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of the place of birth (Lam Mow v. Nagle, 24 F.2d 316 (9th Cir., 1928)).

b. A U.S.-registered aircraft outside U.S. airspace is not considered to be part of U.S. territory. A child born on such an aircraft outside U.S. airspace does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of the place of birth.

c. Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President -- The Constitution of the United States, Article II Section 1

I really don't feel like arguing constitutional law this late at night, but I will make these points.

If a Panamanian employee on a US base in Panama gave birth on the military base the child would not be considered an American.

If both parents are American citizens and the birth is anywhere in the world, the parents can register the infant as an American citizen and they then have all the rights and privileges of someone born on US soil. Including the right to run for the highest office in the land.

It'll stand up in court, I guarantee it........

what's the difference----most of our top gov't leaders have dual US--israeli
citizenship.. i was shocked when i saw how many hold dual citizens----it made the claims of israel running,,in deep,, very influential,,, and us catering to their every whim------seem more credible to me.

to me this mcCain citizenship thing is trivial----granted if his parents were not stationed overseas he would have been a natural citizen---i think people are somewhat overplaying this.

granted my grandparents were militarly stationed in africa when my mom was born----does that technically make my caucasian mom an african american??? i doubt it

granted i wish this technicality would eliminate mcCain---we have 3 total losers for choices. which is the least of 3 evils, mcQuack, hitlery, or obama?????

i can't believe these are the 3 best people we can come up with... it seems to make it to that level,,, to run as president---your totally corrupt and bought out-----excluding paul, and kucinich---but we see what happened to them
