That seems to be the wrong footage? your link goes to the 2005 presentation by Jaime Maussan at the international UFO conference ( An excellent presentation in my opinion) well worth watching his whole 1.5 hr lecture, Incredible footage included.

Ok ive watched it and its a little blured to make anything out to make a proper judgement, there are many excellent people on here who will help im sure, but to me it could be anything but i will stick with what the video tells us it is for now, i cant judge because i wasn't there and its too blury.
