La Nina threatens to wreck world’s weather
Experts predict a run of severe weather in the coming months, with devastating floods striking some parts of the world while severe droughts afflict other regions, as the climate phenomenon known as La Niña gathers momentum.
A chronic drought afflicting southern California and many southeastern states of America could be exacerbated, with Los Angeles heading for its driest year on record. In contrast, western Canada and the northwestern US could turn colder and snowier. Mozambique, southeast Africa, and northern Brazil may face exceptionally heavy rains and floods, while southern Brazil and much of Argentina suffer drought.
La Niña could even rearrange the pattern of sea ice around the Antarctic, pushing the ice pack towards the Pacific side of the continent. Already, torrential rains have triggered severe floods across a huge swath of Central Africa, stretching from Senegal in the west to Uganda in the east.

The real deal is we do know what the weather is doing... This is based on scientific fact... You may not know what the weather is doing but the world monitors show a cooling trend... Read the article or are you just responding based on how you "feel."

People are changing the environment a lot, with deforestation, burning fossil fuels, etc. It's pretty foolish to believe it has no effect on the climate. If climate change doesn't happen, it still makes sense to treat it as if it does, as it gives us sustainability. If what we do now doesn't negatively affect the climate, what we do a few years from now might. Putting your fingers in your ears and going "la la la I can't hear you Al Gore la la" or saying he's an NWO stooge is, quite frankly, retarded.
Historically, the warm periods such as the Medieval Climate Optimum were beneficial for civilization. Corresponding cooling events such as the Little Ice Age, though, were uniformly bad news.
The United Nations left out two statements that were suppose to be in the final draft of a paper on Global Warming.
1) “None of the studies cited above has shown clear evidence that we can attribute the observed climate changes to increases in greenhouse gases.”
2) “No study to date has positively attributed all or part of the climate change to man–made causes”

The science supports human participation in the rise in CO2 in the atomosphere. CO2 in the atomosphere is dimming the amount of light energy we receive from the sun which artificially holds down the temperatures.
