May I ask a question?

What would be your take on the Russia's next move, given the determination they displayed in 1999 that produced the famous standoff between NATO positions and the Russian paratroop forces during the capturing of a major airfield during the Kosovo war, that resulted in the resigning of that English NATO field commander? He said in the media he resigned because he didn't want to be responsible for the start of a WWIII.

Second, the increasing homogenization of Kosovo’s population in favor of Albanians has been achieved by means of political and economic repression of Kosovo Serbs. The repression was institutionalized with increased autonomy powers granted to Kosovo in the 1960s and especially in 1974.

Third, the exponential growth of ethnic Albanian population due to their much higher birth rate is the ultimate ethnic cleansing weapon.

In the year 2000, 150.000 to 200.000 Albanians from ex-Yugoslavia were living in Switzerland. Most of them were originating from Kosovo. They will claim there was always a majority of Albanians in some part of Switzerland and demand independance in a century or two.

Nice story...however it is over bud.And I am not ex UCK I am still UCK= freedom fighter =KLA we were together with USA and NATO against your terrorist state.Do not go back to the histori Kosovo was always populated with over 90 % albanians..always and albanians were there in The Balkans from the time God created the earth, your histori there is about what? from VII-th century of our era.

I cannot believe how many people go on about what the Serbs have done but never seem to remember what the Croats and albanians did to the Serbs.
Why do albanians not see that they are being used by the US and New American Terror Organisation (NATO) for thier greater cause. Kosovo is just an excuse.
Also, the 90% Alabanian (note ALBANIAN not Kosovar) poulation is 'coz the US pushed the Serbs out. Who should be accused of ethnic cleansing?

USA and NATO pushed agresors - ocuppators- barbaric forces from Serbia- they commitet ethnic cleansing of one milion albanian-kosovars,USA lead forces did not do a thing to the serbian population they are nearly in % the same as they were before the war..Of course there are some that left for Serbia and are not comming back...you know why? because they raped and they killed their neghbors..sad very sad for human race(you want to equalize their crime and the resistance from KLA fighters go ahead , but you are making big mistake.I cannot believe how can anyone put mark of equalization betwen criminal and the victime..in this particular case,and in general it is scary to do that,I'll be scared to have neghbor with such a judgment..PEACE.

As an Albanian, I concede that you will never change you mind nor will you see that the rest of the world looks at this situation as an illegal move. Especially since you have now been given this piece of dirt. How could you not love the US. I would however like to point out some logic as I see it.
History aside, you yourself even said it. You are an “Albanian Kosovar” meaning an Albanian living in Kosovo. This is much like an “African American” whose heritage is in Africa yet they live in America. What would happen in the African Americans tried to claim for instance Mississippi for themselves and declare independence?

Depends which part of the world you are looking at.
Legal and legitimate act was declared and recognized The Independance from: this World: USA,UK,Germany,France,Italy,Austria, Switzerland,...and over 60 other countries..
Illegal was declared from;Rusia,Serbia,Bangladesh,Pakistan,Egypt,Jordan,Kuwait,Colombia,Cuba,azerbaijan....
We are very happy to be recognized from real democratic world , and happy to be together and share our values.

As for comparing who is who in the region I'll tell you what I am here and will give you close comparasence that you can use and be more closer to reality: It is same to say Albanian Kosovar or American from Mississippi. Short Histori,:Kosovo was never Serbia( and never serbian),under occupation yes and in 13th century not ever since( after the first Balkan war become part of Yougoslav Kingdom-Serb-Croats and Slovens= SKS Kingndom , after WWII become part of New Yougoslavia as equal Autonomous part of Federation...not part of Serbia...Serbia with military forces in '90 is stripped Kosovo from Authonomy...
Serbia is not getting smaller is getting in its normal original borders, and not loosing anything believe me ...gaining freedom for itself.
This is real history...not a propaganda:My father is 82 and I am 45 , we lived pretty much this histori through almost every regime in the region..........Free Kosova,at least ...It is good feeling to be free,how can any normal human deny freedom to others!?

To explain to you and some of the others one other important thing. I was born and raised in Montenegro with Montenegrin blood but we are all Serbs. Montenegrin person lives in Montenegro but are actually Serbs of Serbian origin.
Nothing wrong with that. People of Montenegrin background meaning Orthodox and loyal to union of Serbia and Montenegro never voted for independence.
Big majority of them voted to stay in a federation but some others who came from other parts like 200.000 Albanians voted out and on population of less then 700.000 is easy to see that Albanians got the independent state yet again.
Yet again thanks to the overpopulating other countries.
Now you are after Macedonia, Germany is already raising against Albanians and Turks because they feel threatened in their own country.
You people with overpopulating and spreading like a cholera are causing uprise of nationalism in others by default. Don't you get that?
Every family of yours have an average of 8-10 kids where Serbs and others 2. You work out the discrepancy and other stuff that comes with that.

51 voted out and 49% for Federation. That makes almost every real Montenigrin voted to stay apart from extreme separatists and Albaian 200.000 population gave a win to separate. If you didn't vote Montenegro would stay in with 79% majority votes. That means that you People have succeeded once again by internally conquering by sheer numbers. God help rest of the world where you people reside.
