Is there a connection between the great library being burnt down and atlantis going missing? is it possible aliens have huge DEEP underwater bases

No, not unless Julius Caesar (or his paramour at the time) was involved in murky dealings with the aliens that we know nothing about...


Do your own math: Atlantis is a myth (perhaps more than that) that was already a legend (i.e. lost) in Plato's time. Now, Plato lived in the 4th century B.C., while Julius Caesar - who was indirectly responsible for the library's destruction - died in 44 B.C.

Uuhhh. Per chance any reasoning on your part to support the possibility you are inquiring to?....


There are many fine and valid historical references to both items and you are more likely to find an answer by supplying some of your own research...
