Ufo Video Shot From High Rise Building

Found this video on youtube, has some good zooms and some building landmarks maybe someone can identify. The description has no info as to where and when it was filmed.

Also at around the 3:34 mark something seems to shoot or fall from the object(?)

Doesn't seem to be cgi, but I've been fooled before.

Thanks for that WhiteWash, I was having some issues trying to get this video linked.

Great video, nice zooming in and out to give some refrence. The string you see at 3:34 had me thinking for a moment it perhaps could be a kite though, and the sun reflects perfectly on the line holding it in place for a brief second.

However, one would expect the string/line/whatever to show up a bit more often then?

All in all, nice post! I hope some others can perhaps give some better answers then me on what it could be.

Its a kite.... I would bet my right eye on it. You can even see a reflection on the monofilliment string it is attached to at some point. A box kite of sorts no doubt.

IMHO, it's someone trying to recreate Ben Franklin's electrical experiment using a box kite.

Don't they know it's not safe to do such things when there's a chance of lightning?

It's a kite, I knew withn in 5 seconds the way it moves in the wind.

Well it looks like a kite. It moves like a kite. It really goes nowhere like a kite. It has a string like a kite. So I guess it must be a UFO firing a laser beam.
