Okay, here's a simple multiple-choice SitX for you.

We Start with your typical apocalyptic event, Classes 4 or 5, and due to these events, you felt it was nessecary to work alongside your fellow survivors in an attempt to reform some sort of survivor society and hope for the best.

Unfortunately, en route by air to a small group of islands that were excluded from the catastrophic events - e.g indonesia or other place with unknown current political affiliation, your plane falls under attack from a anti-air missile.

You find yourself sucked out of the hole in the fuselage a short distance from crash landed, and miraculously you survive.

Now, personally - i would class this as a 5 just out of sore feelings, but here's the bit i'm getting at, just out of random curiosity;

You wake up, upside down in your seat with the seat-belt still attached, nearby is the ground, mere inches from your face - you feel a slight pain in your brain.

This is when you realise you have suffered from memory loss, perhaps because of the sheer force of your landing the shock of pain goes straight to your head.

Perhaps landing upside down and having blood swirling around your brain for an indefinate period of time may contribute to this.

Naturally, being the survivor you are, you still have your experienced awareness of your surroundings, and you manage to unbuckle yourself safely without accidently setting off a chain-reaction that could break your leg or otherwise maim you.

As you stand, apparently dazed but unhurt save for a few scratches - you survey the scene;

In front of you lies your transport, and although you have no idea where the transport came from or any of the events leading towards your situation, you decide to investigate further in order to see if you come up with something.

The plane itself had nestled itself into the earth quite snugly, but inside there is no one - no bodies either.

From here, you;

A: Investigate further, examining the aircraft and finding the means to receive and send long-wave communications?

B: Leave, and get a bearing on your surroundings?

C: Check out to see what remains of the passenger's luggage?

Finally D: Ponder on how to find out how you got in this mess in the first place?

Totally random curiosity here.

Edit; Damn lone typo.

P.S: The Theme here is memory loss.

Just for fun, you could treat this as classes 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 if you can explain it.

You would almost certainly know you were
screwed if you heard a loud bellowing horn off
in the distance and then Tom Cruise came around
the front of the plane and asks you if you were a
passenger on the plane and you reply "yes" and then
he starts telling you all about how scientology will
defeat the invaders, not the common cold.

Seriously though, I would raid the food stores on
the plane, if there were any, and then try to make
the fuselage a better shelter.
