Ponerology and the Kipling Questions

Who? Where? WHY? WHY WHY WHY?

The New World Order endlessly engenders these swirling thoughts in the mind of anyone who even casually ponders it all.

Why in the name of all that is good would any person or group so vehemently dedicate themselves to anti-human politics, repression and mass murder?

Ponerology - the study of evil- is the only way to scientifically quantify and understand the horrible evil that is behind the NWO.

I nearly bought the ponerology book a while ago, but haven't gotten round to it. What are the Kipling Questions referred tp in the title? Oddly enough I should know... seeming as Kipling is a blood relo, but I don't.
