BUSINESS: Disney Tells Comcast, No Sale

Leaving what seems to be a back and forth inside entanglement between executives at Disney, the company issued a statement saying that the company had full support in Michael Eisner and would not allow the sale of Disney to Comcast. The sale of the (2) companies would have made Comcast/Disney the worlds largest entertainment corporation had it gone through.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Walt Disney Co . on Monday said it rejected an unsolicited takeover offer from cable television company Comcast Corp .
Disney's board said it had full confidence in the business, financial and creative direction of the company under the leadership of Michael Eisner.
