Hello ATS, this is my first post so I might not know all the ropes at the minute, please go easy on me.

I've been lurking around for a while, reading abour various conspiracy theories. Now, I thought it best not to mention 'chemtrails' in my topic title, I don't want my thread turning into a war between reality and fiction.

Anyway, I saw some strange trails in the sky today just outside my backdoor. I live in Scotland too if that's any difference.

I resized these in Photoshopped and decided to crop out the bottom (my neighbour's homes). I may be able to upload the larger images, but I doubt that would make a difference.

They may just be contrails, but they were in strange formations, overlapping and spreading out etc.

I really wanted an ATS opinion on these things.

Thanks.

Edit: Woops, I closed my thread too soon. I've seen more upon leaving the house and having a walk around.

I posted this early in the morning, I hope it was ok for me to sharply bump this topic to get some opinions from ATS members.

Sorry if it's not, I just can't let my topic go unreplied ;-;

Thanks a lot.

Looks like regular contrails.

If you want more info about the science of conrails and lots of pictures go here: contrailscience.com...

If you don't mind me asking, whereabouts was this going on?

And I have seen contrails in the sky before that have looked like that, but I have never seen that many in one area at once. The OP is not just going to post up normal looking contrails.

Maybe they are just normal contrails, I have just never seen anything like it over my house. I really do love the way it looks in the sky.

These were taken in the South-west of Scotland.

Those are normal, wherever my Oz weatherman friend is, he'll confirm this.

If you go to youtube and type in " Debunking Chemtrails ? " You may find it of interest.
Apparently for the first time , The German Air force claims they HAVE sprayed minimal amounts of polymers and medals into the atmosphere. "The military heads claim the substances used are not harmful." A law suit will be filed to determine the validity of their claims. I believe there have been some heated threads on ATS around con/chem trails. I think if you do a search you will find a ton of material referencing your photos.
You will come to your own conclusion as have I. My two cent is there is NOTHING normal about there patterns or substance and I have been a keen observer of our skies for over forty years. Take that for what it is worth, just my opinion. The vid is however certainly worth a look from both sided of the fence.

They look like contrails, but given the pattern you are close to a base or your home is in the flightpath of the Atlantic plane routes.

Wind in the upper atmosphere would account for the drift and contrails spread out over time.
