First of all - I would like to wish everyone with partners out there a Happy Valentines day! And even if you're single - may you also find something important to celebrate today!

Ok, I just got the most awesome valentines day present today from Paulene-abeth - my lovely wife.

This is what was written in the card.

When the house is quiet and the day comes to a close... When I curl up beside you and find myself in your Smile, your Kiss, or just a quiet moment that lasts forever in your arms...

When we drift off to sleep, with the outside world a million miles away...

... that's when I know in my heard of hearts that no matter what else happens, I'll always have everything I need with you by my side.

Happy Valentines Day - I love you.

She also bought two tickets for Russell Peters off E-bay for the 24th of February. 2 tickets with a final value of 3 of them!

Russell Peters is my favourite comedian of all time!

This is my Avatar I made of him..

And here is a video clip of his comedy - its 46 minutes long.

I'm hoping I'll get Fundies for Valentines.
:w:

Never mind, you can look it up yourself if you're interested in what they are.

Just got my prezzy... an expensive but tiny meteorite. Almost as good as "the look" I was given. Quite a plain cosmic traveller but with a great story and an interesting geology.

Her's? It's seven feet tall and currently hidden but it is finally finished and framed. Took over ten years... one brush stroke at a time.

Cheers,

Vic

Hay everyone,

I was so happy that my hubby (I'm a Marty) loved his valentines pressie...
Actually, I knew he would. But also I forgot to tell him that apart of the tickets allows us to go backstage after the show to meet "Russell Peters" .

My husband bought me an Antique wall plaque. Absolutely beautiful, he knows EXACTLY what I like. (should do we've been together 7 years) On the plaque it is "deeply carved" with the words; "If you Love the life you live... you will live a life of love"..

Every chance we get to express our love to each other is a blessing...

Thankyou "Bachelor" for what you wrote... I felt touched a little when I read it...

I hope someday to become a "Children's Author". Specialising in ages 1-5years.

Thanks again

We've already discussed 'Authoring' more kids *g* - but she was referring to childrens books! Of course with the authoring - I need my operation reversed!

I was so ecstatic when Paulene-abeth told me about the backstage pass, I am going to make a large ATS Avatar - get 2 prints it on photographic paper (or take it to kodak) and get Russell Peters to autograph it for me - and one for ATS something along the lines of "To all ATS members - You all rock!".

V Kaminski - that present sounds awesome - what a unique treasure! And the 10 years you took to paint your work, that would be absolutely mind-blowing! Has she actually seen the work in progress at all? Make sure to take a pic of it and post it!

Thx
