Heel Spurs - Help

Hello everyone,

I currently have "heel spurs" in both feet andthe pain at the end of the day (and in the morning) is so excrutiating... I've had them for a couple of years now, but only recently the pain and swelling has flared up...

Does anyone have any ideas, solutions that may help eleviate this until I can get something done...

I've tried strapping them in a "night splint", not much use there...

All hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.
