There is not any Russian on the red page, Some of the Greek letters may look Russian but as far as forming Russian words they do not. I just got confirmation from 3 native Russian speakers and they all say there is not any Russian on the page.

I speak a little Russian and read and write very little, so I had to get more opinions.

I'd agree it's looking pretty bogus...

However I'll disagree with this...

You would never find a top secret classified doccument online

There are plenty such documents out there, some officially declassified, that were once, top secret. The NSA, CIA, NASA, FBI, MoD, etc. have all released such documents. There are still more out there that have a high confidence of being legit.

While briefly looking through the appendixes of "Behold the Pale Horse" (Cooper, who is mostly full of it), I was however surprised to see a paper from the FBIS (Foreign Broadcast Information Service). Way back when, it was the CIA branch I was going to go into when in college, but alas, the path not taken.... Seemed pretty typical of the briefing one would expect to see.

EDIT: There is no way in hell that gibberish is Russian, btw...mostly Greek letters. Pretty poor attempt really. Hell, a simple English to Russian dictionary would have lended to a much better hoax...as many words are similar phonetically in tech talk, just with Russian letters. Even some common words...such as Restuarant = PECTRAHT (or something similar)

There is so much wrong with that "document" it would be a waste of time going through naming all the stuff that's wrong. Do people actually get a rise from wasting theirs and our time coming up with stuff like this?

However, it was a good effort on their part. But the format is ALL wrong. Trust me, certain formats are standard within the intelligence community, and this is not one of them.
Mr. M

Starchild's correct -- the format is wrong, the language is wrong (there's a certain way of phrasing things that the intelligence units use) and the typeface is wrong, for three examples. In fact, it's a pretty stupid effort to deceive folks.

The thing is, they're declassified now.

You won't find any top secret classifed documents online. Period.
If you do, it's not really classified.
You can try and hack into those agencies computers.......just make sure you say goodbye to any friends and family you have before you do.

Here are a couple of links that I think everyone reading this will find interesting. Dr. Joseph M., the real Dr. Joseph M and his entourage of wascally wabbits can be found here, though this orginal thread is I believe over a year old (this one we're posting in) I believe the whole Art Bell thing was a failed guerilla promo from the Incunabula folks

Links if interested:

deoxy.org...

and

www.ongshatwtf.com...

and

www.incunabula.org...

and finally

www.disinfo.com...

Hope that clears things up, also feel free to google away.

Doesn't look like any "Classified" or above document that I've ever seen. Looks like an 8th graders attempt at getting some attention - at any rate not even a second rate try.

Looks like something lil Johnny came up with to spook his chums.

I did find the Red page to be Currious Initally, I thought the Red page was Russian but it just didn't feel right. If it is maintained that it is Greek, serbian, or phoenition I'd be willing to accept that.

Nontheless it's rubbish - my question is how did the guy who posted it fail to see it as junk? - Ok, Maybe it was posted on a lark for the fun of it...

Though I eventually withdrew from Russian, I can tell you those are not Russian characters...with 100% certainty.

EDIT: Here's a quickie alphabet, so you can see for yourself. Compare this to the document...

Soooo....now that we've established that it's fake. What your favorite part?

I like how they've completed the Immortality project. How do they know?

Seriously though, this has got to be one of the lamest attempts to discredit and blame religion for the world's state I have seen in a while.

Most Government documents that I see are not big bold letters such as that, but who knows. It would be nice to know more about the red page though.

I love how it says that the events of 9/11 have set this into motion. Give me a break. I'm sick of 9/11 being at the heart of all conspiracies and causing all the problems why can't the problem for once be Gary Coleman.

Hi all,

First thread so be kind

Insofar as the first page is concerned, it is indeed written in Greek, however it does not convey any message; just letters of the Greek alphabet randomly typed.

Hope it helps.

And Reasonable depictions::: [16 June 2005]
*Dateing in Government Style should be set as Day Month Year (16 June 2005)
Not June 16, 2005
*Bad use of: "UFO SENSATIVE AREA"/ They could have used: Not for Publick inspection/Eyes only/ Memorandome for.../
*No Signatures
*(Check the MJ12 docs. they give detailed government style
*Were was the Sorce that they were found?
*No Exempts or Amne's on top or bottom of pages
*Or "One of One" on the top.
*The dont really depict the purpose of it
* No rel living people in it (Gov. authoraties ect)
Or this wasted/ Unrganized style is making me think what they want me to. Or there finding out how much we know.
