yes, most of you have probably heard about the National Disclosure Project, this is what opened my eyes up to the reality that we are not alone on this planet...

many witness in high- governmental class jobs testify about their experiences and the way the government tried to cover them up.

They've been around for years. Been posted here a lot. Interesting witness testimony though...
