GUANTANAMO BAY NAVY BASE, Cuba -- The military late Friday announced it would press war crimes charges against two more captives -- an alleged al Qaeda propagandist and a reputed bodyguard for Osama bin Laden whom the Pentagon had earlier accused of being al Qaeda's payroll chief.
