problems getting on ATS! for another member

djdohboy has just e mailed me he cant get on to ATS!

he tried to log in but it wouldn't let him,
but when he put in his username and password it said wrong password?!?!?! So he
hit forgot password and was going to get a new one sent to him, but it told
him his email address was wrong?

it did this with sabotwulf the outher day MOD

Is it to do with deleting cookies?

yep he deleted cookies today due to his computer going all stupid?

I think William made it so that only people with ATS cookies could get onto the site after the hack. I'm not sure whether that's still in place. If it is it may explain why he can't get on.

I doubt it, i delete my cookies every day and i still log on fine.

Ask him if his email address listed was real and if he had a relatively simple password?

His email could have been compromised by someone answering his secret question correctly and then hitting the email password button.

Hey same things happening to me im really chronic im in my T-BO account and i got more than 20 posts on this account and still cant get in ATS fast chat this account will only let me post stuff.

That matter would be dealt with by staff and not by private investigation.

I assure you the flaw is not with ATS, our security is tight and we've got one of the best IT guys watching our ass

No it's not those cookies. Apparantly it's inbedded cookies in the browser or somethin like that. Can't remember now, I just know it isn't the cookies you can delete.

i hope they fix this i want my chronic account back
