Question about NWO weapons

I was stumbling on the internet and found a website for haarp and it got me to thinking about what other weapons the nwo have and why they would use them. Also if they used these unknown(to me at least) weapons, wouldn't it affect their lifestyle and harm their families?

The strongest weapons are not physical. They are psychological: media propaganda, massive disinformation of public mixed with half-truths, intentional misinterpreted facts, using economy for various purposes and etc. Read 1984 from Orwell.
