Calendar or Planner

Let me explain what I am after... (I'm always looking for something..LOL)

I work at home, in my car and in the office...

At home it is on my desktop mostly, but sometimes I like to sit outdoors and work on my "carry" laptop... (De stresses me)

In my car, I have a laptop, different one, I use when on surveillance on long trips.

At work, I have a desktop I seldom use, Work provided it so it sucks, and work mainly again on the laptop I carry everywhere.

I need, desperately!!! a planner program I can carry around in a "jumpdrive" and use on all these computers.

Preferably free, but I don't mind paying for something nice, easy to use and some interactive features.

It can't be web based as frequently I am in places even my Broadband Card won't work. I need to be able to save to the portable drive and then insert it in another PC and update from there..
